Product Description
Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes is a high-purity elemental metal produced by electrolysis process, similar in appearance to iron, in the form of irregular flakes, hard and brittle in texture, bright on one side and rough on the other, and the color varies from silvery-white to brown. Its purity is extremely high (manganese content ≥99.7%), the impurity content is very low, the surface is clean and free of oxidation layer, and the reactivity is strong.
Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes is widely used in the steel industry as a deoxidizer, desulfurizer and alloying agent to improve the strength, toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of steel. In addition, it is also used in the manufacture of lithium-ion battery cathode materials (such as lithium manganese oxide), the production of high-purity manganese compounds (such as manganese sulfate, manganese dioxide), and the melting of alloys with metals such as aluminum and copper, which are used in high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace and auto parts.
