Ferro Silicon Barium inoculant is gray-black or silver-gray lumpy or granular, with metallic luster, it is a long-term graphitization inoculant, compared with ferrosilicon, the graphitization ability, increase the number of eutectic clusters, improve the uniformity of different thick cross-section microstructure and hardness is stronger, and the decay rate is slower.
Ferro Silicon Barium inoculant is mainly used in the inoculation of ductile iron and gray cast iron. The barium silicon inoculant strongly increases the graphitization core, refines the graphite, promotes the A-type graphite in the gray iron castings, improves the strength, and can make the graphite in the ductile iron small, round, and improve the nodularization grade.
