Ferro Silicon Magnesium Cored Wire is a functional alloy wire specifically designed for the casting industry (especially for the production of ductile iron), with its core layer composed of a composite alloy powder of silicon (Si) and magnesium (Mg), and the outer layer wrapped with low-carbon steel strips.
| Uses |
Ferro Silicon Magnesium Cored Wire precisely and controllably injects magnesium elements into the molten iron through mechanized wire feeding technology, achieving the spheroidization treatment of the molten iron. Meanwhile, silicon elements assist in deoxidation and improve the morphology of graphite. It is the core material for replacing the traditional injection method for spheroidization treatment, featuring high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and stability.
