Product Description
Calcium silicon Alloy (CaSi) is a composite alloy composed of silicon and calcium, which is smelted by high-temperature electric furnace, and has excellent deoxidation, desulfurization and dephosphorization properties. Its calcium content is 28%-35%, silicon content is 55%-65%, few impurities, strong resistance to chalking and deliquescent.
Calcium Silicon Alloy is used in the production of certain special steels (e.g., low-alloy steels, heat-resistant steels) as an alloying element to enhance specific mechanical properties of the steel. It can improve the fluidity and stability of the steel during the refining process, ensuring the quality of the steel products. Calcium Silicon Alloy can also be used in the production of aluminum alloys, mainly to improve the fluidity and casting properties of the alloy.
