Ferro Silicon Magnesium nodulizer,its color is usually silver gray, the surface has a metallic luster, and the size of the lump is different.Ferro Silicon Magnesium nodularizing agent is produced by advanced smelting technology, with dense structure, stable composition, uniform and no deflection, and low MgO content. The spheroidization reaction is stable, the magnesium absorption rate is high, and the anti-recession time is long. After spheroidization, the graphite spheres are round, fine, and have a small tendency. The spheroidization ability is strong, the composition is stable, and the reaction is stable.
| Uses |
Ferro Silicon Magnesium nodulizer is a nodularizing agent used in the production of cast iron, and the main components include silicon, magnesium, calcium and rare earth elements. It ducifies graphite in cast iron, thereby improving the strength and toughness of the casting. The nodularizing agent also has strong deoxidation and desulfurization capabilities, which can effectively purify molten iron and reduce the tendency of white mouth. It has a smooth reaction and high magnesium absorption, making it suitable for a variety of cast iron processes.
